Run the side bets, track the round live, and relive it in a cinematic recap. The golf app built for the foursome, the bet and the banter — not the solo swing coach.

Every group has a game inside the game — the snake, sandies, nearest-the-pin, a few bucks a hole. Everyone plays them. Nobody tracks them properly. In The Pot runs your side bets natively, hole by hole, in a running ledger called The Pot.
Everything the round needs
Organise the game, play it together in real time, and turn the day into something worth sharing.
Everyone's scores, reshuffling in real time as they land — like TV coverage of your Saturday comp.
3D satellite hole previews, GPS distances to front, centre and back, and a draggable target to plan your shot.
Mates not in the round can follow along live or on replay — every score and key moment as it happens.
Your past scores and your mates' best on every hole, monthly form and putting, and head-to-head history with everyone you've played.
Score, see distances and mark your shots from the tee straight on Apple Watch — phone stays in the bag.
Golf Australia Daily Handicap done right, Ambrose built in, and language that talks like a mate — not a coach.
When the round's done, In The Pot turns it into a cinematic recap — every hole, a beautifully designed scorecard, your standout stats and the "moment of the round." A share URL your group will actually open.
Three taps to tee off
Pick your course, your format — Stableford, Par, Nett, Gross or Ambrose — invite your mates and choose the bits you're playing for. Mixed handicaps sorted automatically.
Score from your phone or watch. The leaderboard and The Pot update live for everyone in the group — and anyone back home watching along.
Get your cinematic recap, see exactly who owes who, and stack up the head-to-head bragging rights for next time.
Play the game your group plays
Solo or in a group, individual or teams — In The Pot handles the way your crew actually keeps score.
A different axis entirely
The big apps optimise the individual golfer. In The Pot is built for the social, competitive layer of the round they leave wide open.
Unashamedly Australian
Golf is intensely local — the handicap systems, the formats, the language. In The Pot gets the Australian details exactly right: Golf Australia Daily Handicap, Ambrose days, and a voice that sounds like your fourball. Built here first, ready for the world.
Good questions
Yes — you can set up and play your rounds for free. Some premium features (like extended round history and advanced recaps) may be offered via subscription down the track, but the core round experience is free to play.
To score live in the same round, yes — everyone in the group plays from their own phone or watch. But mates can also spectate a round live or on replay, and open your shareable recap, without playing themselves. That's often how people discover the app.
No. In The Pot tracks your friendly side bets so you know who owes who — it's a scoreboard for the wagers you already make with your mates. No money moves through the app; you settle up between yourselves however you always have.
Yes. You can score, check GPS distances and mark your shots straight from your wrist, so your phone can stay in the bag while you play.
On Australian courses it uses the Golf Australia Daily Handicap calculation, and it handles mixed handicaps across your group automatically. Other regions use the appropriate course-handicap calculation.
